1. General Provisions
Before accessing myempirecasino.ie (referred to as "the Site"), we ask you to carefully review these Terms and Conditions. Your use of any part of the Site constitutes your legal agreement to comply with the following terms (collectively "the Terms"):

Should any conflict arise between terms, promotional campaign conditions take priority over other Terms.
If you cannot agree to these Terms in full, you must refrain from creating an account or utilizing our services. Continued Site usage indicates your acceptance of the Terms.
Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," "our," and "Company" refer to the Site operator, while "customer," "you," and "your" refer to the Site user accepting these Terms.
The English version of these Terms is legally binding. Translations are provided for convenience only. Should discrepancies arise between the English version and translations, English prevails. By accepting these Terms, you confirm sufficient English language proficiency to understand them completely.
The Company provides game access exclusively through secure networks employing encryption technology for sensitive data protection.
2. Legal Requirements and Restrictions
Site services are available only to users who have reached legal age under applicable law and are at minimum 18 years old. By accepting these Terms, you confirm compliance with age restrictions and must leave the Site immediately if under 18.
The Company provides no assurances regarding the legality of Site usage, particularly where gambling is prohibited, regulated, or unregulated in your jurisdiction. You bear sole responsibility for understanding your country's laws concerning online gambling and Site usage at all times. We reserve the right to modify this list at our discretion without prior notice. All changes will be published on the Site. Regularly check the Terms to ensure you're not located in any Excluded Jurisdiction. If you reside in or are located in any such jurisdiction, you agree not to open or use your account and to close any existing account immediately.
Beyond the Excluded Jurisdictions, certain software providers on our Site prohibit customers from specific jurisdictions from placing bets or using their software, as detailed in the "Additional Territorial Restrictions" section of these Terms. By accessing such software, you confirm you're not a resident of those jurisdictions.
3. Account Management
To access full Site functionality, you must establish a personal account.
Your account must be registered in your correct, legal name. Only one account per person, per household/address, per phone number/email, and per IP address is permitted. Additional accounts opened on the Site are considered "Duplicate Accounts." Do not attempt opening Duplicate Accounts, including through false or alternative credentials. If you open or attempt opening Duplicate Accounts, we reserve the right to close some or all accounts without compensation and apply these sanctions:
- All actions performed using Duplicate Accounts are void
- Promotions involving Duplicate Accounts will be cancelled
- Winnings obtained on Duplicate Accounts are void; processed withdrawals will be reversed and owed back to the Company
- Duplicate Accounts will be closed permanently
Keep your login credentials confidential and don't disclose them to third parties. You're solely responsible for all actions and transactions made using your account. Anyone entering your account with correct credentials will be considered you, and all transactions considered valid and made by you. We bear no liability for third-party account access or losses from unauthorized account use; all such use is considered your own.
You cannot sell or transfer your account to others or acquire others' accounts. Any such attempt is null and void and constitutes a breach of these Terms. This includes complete prohibition on transferring any valuable assets, including but not limited to account ownership, winnings, deposits, bets, rights, and claims connected with these assets. This prohibition encompasses encumbrance, pledging, assigning, usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecation, and gifting in cooperation with any fiduciary or third party, company, individual, foundation, or association.
Using another person's login credentials to access the Site is forbidden.
Maintain current account details. Immediately notify us of any registration data changes.
Account Closure: Request account closure anytime by emailing [email protected], subject to these conditions:
- You can only close accounts with no remaining balance (positive or negative) and no pending withdrawals
- Closing an account with positive balance or pending withdrawals voids all funds
For self-exclusion requests, contact customer service at [email protected] for account closure assistance. Furthermore, you must notify the Company of any other accounts you hold with us and refrain from opening new accounts. The Company bears no liability for potential losses on other accounts. We're not liable for losses or damages potentially caused by gambling.
We reserve the right to deny account opening or close existing accounts without prior notice or justification.
4. Customer Warranties
By opening an account and using our Site, you warrant that:
- You're acting on your own behalf
- You're a competent, law-abiding citizen
- You don't have gambling addiction and don't use the Site under influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances
- All registration data provided is true and accurate, and you'll update it as needed
- You fully understand and accept the possibility of monetary loss while using our services
- You're not using funds obtained illegally or from illegal sources
- You haven't colluded and won't attempt to collude directly or indirectly with other customers
- The credit/debit card or payment method used belongs to you, isn't stolen, and hasn't been lost by another person. The Company reserves the right to close your account and void winnings upon reasonable suspicion of violating this warranty
By opening an account, you warrant you've never previously registered another account or received money through another person's account.
By opening an account, you warrant you've provided true and complete information as requested in the registration form.
5. Identity Verification and Checks
You must provide all information we request to manage your account, verify your identity, or verify the source of deposited funds. This includes (but isn't limited to) properly certified ID, proof of residence, proof of ownership and transaction histories of payment methods used, including bank or credit/debit card statements.
We may, at our sole discretion, use additional procedures and means we deem fit to verify your identity, age, residence, and other circumstances (KYC), both before and after deposits and withdrawals.
Provide these documents and information within 30 days after request. We reserve the right to withhold payment and suspend your account until you provide requested documents, and to permanently close your account if you fail to do so in time. We'll usually verify documents within 10 days after our request is fully answered; however, depending on circumstances and case complexity, additional time and checks may be required.
We may use recognized third-party providers to undertake checks on our behalf, including authorized credit reference agencies, identity verification services, and fraud prevention software. Personal details may be provided to such third parties per our Privacy Notice.
By accepting these Terms, you agree we're entitled to conduct additional security checks to verify account information and activity per applicable regulation and our security and anti-fraud procedures, by conducting verification via calls, face verification, or other required verification to ensure you are who you say you are.
6. Balance, Deposits, and Withdrawals
When you open an account, you agree that financial operations connected to your account will be processed directly by the Company, a payment system operator, and/or a Company-designated third party.
Depositing or withdrawing funds is facilitated through your chosen payment system (among those available on the Site). Where possible, withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used to fund the account. Use payment system services available on the Site per the rules imposed by respective service providers.
Account balance isn't a bank balance and therefore isn't subject to insurance, asset-backing, or guarantees. Deposits or active balances don't earn interest.
By depositing, you grant the Company permission to debit from your balance any fines or dues connected to your activity, as provided by the Terms or applicable law. You also agree to avoid charging back deposited funds, annulling deposits, and agree to compensate the Company for costs associated with chargebacks and recalls.
The Company reserves the right to define minimum and maximum deposit amounts at its discretion.
Refund Policy
You acknowledge and agree the Company generally offers no refunds of deposited funds. However, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances, including technical problems with our Site or payment instruments.
No refund can be performed after the deposit in question (or associated bonus) has been used to place a bet.
To be considered for a refund, contact customer support within 24 hours of the transaction. We'll endeavor to respond within 10 business days. For avoidance of doubt, all refunds are always at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to withhold any refund or reverse transaction until the Player Account User's identity is adequately established. You agree to provide, if we demand, your Identity Document (Passport, Driving Licence, Identity Card) and any Proof of Address (Utility Bill, Bank Statement, Rental Agreement), and Verification of Payment Method Ownership may be required. If such documentation isn't provided within 30 days of our request, such refund or reverse transaction won't be effected, your Player Account will be closed, and you'll forfeit all funds in your Player Account; such decision is final, binding, and not subject to appeal.
If you funded your account with a Credit Card, we reserve the right to pay all withdrawal requests up to the total amount deposited as refunds against purchases you made.
If any credit card purchases are considered to carry unacceptable risk for security or legal reasons by our credit card processors or KYC Department, the Casino will initiate refunds for all such transactions back to the credit card and notify appropriate authorities and parties.
In all refund cases, all bonuses and winnings in your balance will be deducted prior to calculating the refund amount.
You can withdraw winnings from your account by submitting a valid withdrawal request. We'll process all such requests per our withdrawal rules described in the Terms.
Minimum funds rollover before withdrawal is x1. If wager of funds (amount of placed bets) is less than the deposit amount, we reserve the right to cancel all winnings and keep the commission of 10% (but not less than 0.5 EUR / 2.25 PLN / 5 NOK / 0.75 AUD / 3 BRL / 0.75 CAD / 0.55 CHF / 500 CLP / 12.5 CZK / 200 HUF / 1 NZD / 0.5 USD / 19 THB) of the last deposit amount as payment expenses, and 15% commission if your account balance has been charged with a bank card or bank transfer.
The customer's VIP level is determined by activity during 90 calendar days prior to withdrawal request submission and can change depending on the ratio of deposits and withdrawals made and bonuses received. The status of a customer who hasn't actively placed bets for a month is automatically lowered to the lowest level.
At any time, a customer may have a maximum of 3 pending withdrawals on the account.
The Company reserves the right to make payments according to individual schedule, set minimum and maximum amounts per transaction and transaction time, which may differ depending on withdrawal method, your account level, or other relevant factors.
Withdrawal requests are processed by the financial department within 3 business days after the request is made and/or 3 business days after the last withdrawal request was paid out, provided all other conditions are met and checks are completed, as outlined in the Terms. Financial department agents process withdrawal requests from 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday-Friday. You consent that you're familiar and agree with the withdrawal timetable. After the financial department processes the transfer request, any further payment processing delays aren't the Company's responsibility.
The Company may delay processing withdrawal requests to perform checks of your identity, account balance, source of funds, and compliance with the Terms. In such cases, the Company may start and take part in and help in investigating circumstances, and you agree to provide support and assistance in any such investigation. The Company reserves the right to postpone payments or providing winnings until all verification procedures and checks outlined in the Terms are successfully completed.
The Company keeps customer funds separate from its own funds in dedicated client bank accounts. This setup ensures funds held in customer accounts are kept secure in case of insolvency. Consequently, in the event of our insolvency, your funds are protected and will be returned to you.
If an Account Holder doesn't log into their Account for 180 days, the Account will be considered an "Inactive Account." Each month we may charge 5 EUR as an administration fee while the Account remains Inactive. We have the right to change the monthly administrative fee at our discretion without notice. If the Account balance is less than 5 EUR, the entire amount will be charged. When the balance reaches zero, no more administrative fees apply.
In case of software malfunctions, erroneous financial transactions, etc., the Company has the right to write off incorrectly accrued funds from customer accounts, and also undertakes to refund all amounts incorrectly written off or not accrued due to technical problems to customer accounts during 30 days from the time such failure has been detected.
If the Company has mistakenly (due to technical error in the winnings table, error caused by human factor, or different error) replenished the customer's account with funds that don't belong to them, then this amount will be considered Company property and will be deducted from the customer's account. If a customer withdraws funds that don't belong to them before the error was noticed, then the mistakenly paid amount (without prejudice to legal means and actions of the customer) will be considered customer debt to the Company. In the event of inaccurate balance replenishment, the customer must immediately notify the Company via email.
Transfer of funds between customers in any form is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to block all accounts involved in transfers, deduct any winnings, and report such activity to relevant authorities.
At any point in time, the Company is authorized to write off the positive balance in your account to credit the amount you owe to the Company.
You assume full responsibility for paying all taxes, collections, and other expenditures associated with any win from using Site services. You agree to compensate the Company for all expenses or losses the Company may incur as a result of any liability or requirement presented to us by a government body due to requirements to withhold or pay taxes or similar requirements in connection to your withdrawal request or income.
7. Promotional Offers and Bonuses
From time to time we may offer promotional incentives to customers, such as bonus funds, free spins, loyalty points, and other special offers (referred to in these Terms as "bonuses" or "promotions"). Some promotions require you to make a deposit (the "associated deposit") of a defined minimum amount to be eligible. You understand and agree that such promotions have their own terms and conditions, in addition to these General Terms. These are listed in relevant sections of the Site. If issues arise about promotion conditions, the relevant terms of the promotion in question will prevail over these General Terms.
Any bonus offer is limited to one per person, family, household address, telephone number, personal or shared computer (e.g., school, public library, or workplace), and personal or shared IP address.
We reserve the right to deny a bonus to any customer, reject bonuses of any kind, cancel participation in any promotion, as well as permanently or temporarily ban any customer or customer group from the Site promotion program at our sole discretion. In the event of any dispute regarding our promotions (including, without limitation, eligibility, use, abuse, fair play, calculation of winnings, and wagering requirements), the Company's decision is final and non-negotiable.
Residents of any Excluded Jurisdictions aren't permitted to register or take advantage of any promotion.
All promotions are restricted for residents of Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia And Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia, Malaysia.
All our bonuses have a wagering requirement, meaning you must bet a certain amount before withdrawing winnings. This requirement is expressed as a multiplier applicable to the bonus amount, the bonus amount and associated deposit amount, or the amount of winnings derived from such promotion (depending on promotion terms). By way of example, a wagering requirement of x5 means you must bet the equivalent of five times the respective amount. Wagering requirements applicable to each promotion are listed in relevant sections of the Site dedicated to such promotion and in the Terms.

Special Games contribute with 50% of bets towards the wagering requirement. The Special Games List is: Crazy Time, Dream Catcher, Dream Catcher First Person, Monopoly.
Special Games contribute with 10% of bets towards the wagering requirement. The Special Games List is: Double Roll, Spin Strike, Wicket Blast, Plinball, Golden Treasure, Dice, Keno, Wheel, Tower, Mines.
You will first wager your Real Money Balance. Once the Real Money Balance is fully wagered, you'll start wagering your Bonus Balance.
Wagering requirements must be met within 10 days for casino bonuses and 30 days for sports bonuses after the bonus is received. Once this period expires, the available bonus and any winnings derived therefrom will be voided.
Customers attempting to withdraw funds before wagering requirements are met will have their bonus balance and all winnings derived therefrom voided.
Once the full wagering requirement is met, the respective bonus funds and any derived winnings will be released in the real money wallet and will be available to withdraw according to our withdrawal rules.
If you received any no-deposit free spins, you agree to have your winnings from this promotion capped at 80 EUR, in addition to the wagering requirement of x40 on the derived winnings.
Any no-deposit casino bonus has wagering requirements of x40. Any such bonus has a maximum withdrawal limit of x5 the bonus amount received. For example, a 20 EUR no-deposit bonus will have a maximum withdrawal limit of 100 EUR. Any winnings above 100 EUR won't be eligible for withdrawal and will be voided and removed from the account balance at the withdrawal stage.
All withdrawals made will be subject to audit and game play review, as well as account verification process.
Our bonuses are intended for entertainment purposes only. If the bonus or deposit aren't used as intended (for casual betting and playing), we'll deem such actions a violation of the Terms.
While playing with an active bonus, it's forbidden to engage in activities that give the player a clearly unfair advantage. Such activities include, but aren't limited to, these:
- Delaying game rounds in any game, including free spins and bonus features, to a later time when you have no wagering requirements
- Leaving large bets on the table, for example in blackjack, and returning to the game after bonus wagering has been completed
- Playing games with bonus money to build up in-game value, lose the bonus funds, and then cash out on the built-up value during real-money play
- Using strategies that take advantage of any software bug or failure
If you engage in any promotion abuse, fraud, or manipulation, this shall be considered a breach of the Terms. In such cases, and in addition to other remedies available to us, we reserve the right to void all promotions you participated in, void and confiscate all winnings derived therefrom, and prevent your participation in future promotions.
8. Betting and Gaming
When placing a bet, it's your responsibility to check that all bet details are correct.
Once you've placed a bet, you won't be able to cancel it. We reserve the right to deny any bet or cancel any bet already placed, at our sole discretion.
You accept and agree that the result of games on the Site is defined by a Random Number Generator and you accept the results of all such games. You agree that in the event of a discrepancy between the result of a game that appears on your screen and the game server utilized by the Site, the result on the game server shall prevail. You agree that our records will be the sole and sufficient evidence in determining the terms and circumstances of your participation in relevant online gambling activity and the results of such participation.
We're not liable for any losses or damages which could be potentially caused by gambling.
In case of disagreement regarding a bet or winnings, the decision of the Company is final and not negotiable.
9. Fraudulent, Illegal, and Improper Activities
The Site may only be used for personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will be considered a material breach of these Terms:
- Using the Site for commercial purposes or in someone else's name or interest
- Engaging in any fraudulent activities, including, without limitation, using any credit/debit cards or other payment methods or funds not belonging to you, cases where funds are recalled/disputed
- Using any form of cheating or other means of gaining an unfair advantage or influence, including, without limitation, making use of a software error, loophole or bug, using software or hardware to automate, distort or influence the outcome of bets
- Colluding with other customers or third parties. This includes, without limitation, playing in the interest of others, sharing information, cooperating or coordinating with others
- Using unfair betting patterns or strategies, such as equal, zero or low margin bets, bets with minimal risks, hedge betting, or otherwise placing bets in such a way that in our opinion the system is being abused, guaranteed win is achieved, or the risk is minimized
- Engaging in money laundering, terrorism financing or any other criminal activity
- Threatening, harassing or abusing other customers or members of our staff
- Attempting to attack, gain unauthorized access to, or hinder operation of the Site, the servers on which the Site is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the Site, attempting to circumvent our security systems
- Attempting to copy, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, derive source code or other information from the software connected to, or used by, the Site, as well as attempting to remove or obscure any proprietary notices placed on such software, or use it for any other purpose than personal entertainment
- Attempting to sell or transfer your account to other persons or to acquire accounts of other persons
You agree not to bring harm to the Site or its reputation.
We reserve the right from time to time to conduct a game play review/review the customer's betting activity to verify compliance with the Terms. If, upon such a review, it appears the customer is participating in strategies, taking advantage of any software or system bug or failure, or participating in any form of activity that we, in our sole discretion, deem to be abusive, we reserve the right to revoke the entitlement of such customer to any promotions awarded, to void any winnings obtained from the promotion, to prevent entitlement to other promotions or to close the customer account.
Should we arrive at a reasonable suspicion that you've engaged in fraud, any illegal or improper activity, or have otherwise breached the Terms, we reserve the right to take any number of the following actions, at our sole discretion, with or without notice:
- Immediately block your account and suspend your access to the Site and/or its services, suspend all pending withdrawal requests and other payments to you for the period of investigation
- Permanently close your account with the Site and all other partner websites on our platform and deny any future use of the Site and the partner websites
- Void any winnings obtained, cancel any pending withdrawals and confiscate the real money balance of your account
- Void any bonus balance on your account and/or limit your future participation in our bonus and promotional offers or deny them to you
- Contact the relevant authorities to inform them of any suspected illegal activity and/or to collect any payments that you owe to the Company
The Company retains the right to notify the responsible government bodies as well as other online casino operators, online service providers and banks, payment and credit card processors, electronic payment providers, as well as financial institutions in case of suspected fraudulent, illegal or otherwise suspicious activity. For your part, you agree to provide full cooperation to investigations of such activities.
10. Liability Limitations
You accept and agree that the Company holds no responsibility or control over how you use the software. You agree that using the Company's services is exclusively your decision and you agree that you're aware of and accept all possible risks.
The Company doesn't accept liability for any agreements, illegal actions, negligence, harm or loss of any size, including, but not limited to loss of data, income, reputation, as well as for any losses that aren't foreseen by the Company at this moment.
Neither the Company, nor the software provider, nor any of our affiliates or connected parties will take any liability for any losses, expenses or harm that are supposed or are actual consequences of:
- Any error that you made by entering the wrong information
- Any kind of fraud, false or misleading activity
- The Company's decision not to accept your deposit, refuse to open your account or decision to suspend or close your account
- Any delay in receiving or accepting a deposit or holding your withdrawal to complete the identity and other checking procedures
- Using your account for purposes that may be considered illegal according to applicable legislation
- Any operations and transactions that are conducted after correct input of your username and password
- Any unsanctioned use of data connected to you or your account
- Inability to use the Site or absence of access to it for any reason
- Any action or transaction that is performed by a third party using your username and password
- Low quality of access (or lack of access) to the Site
- Any circumstance out of the Company's direct control, including problems connected to equipment and software (including computer viruses and software), data transferring systems, telephone or other communication methods, or by your internet service provider
- Loss of any transactions that arises from incorrect functioning of connection used by you or any other organization that transfers data between you, the Company or any other company that is regulating payments
- Any electronic communication that was not received
- The result of any action on behalf of the government or force majeure circumstances
- Participating in gaming/betting if such participation is illegal according to applicable legislation of the country the customer resides in
- Any errors, omissions, typos, bugs in the Site or the software used therein
- Any direct or indirect result of your breach of the Terms
11. Site Modifications
The Company retains the right to make any changes to the Terms at its discretion, at any time.
Any changes become effective from the date indicated in the Terms. It's your responsibility to check for updates to the Terms each time you use the Site.
When you continue using the Site after any changes are made, you agree with these changes, regardless of whether or not you received actual notification of the changes or have familiarized yourself with them. If you disagree with any of the changes, you must cease further use of the Site.
12. Communications
You agree to contact us electronically. From time to time, we'll place electronic messages on the Site and/or contact you via email. You must provide us with correct contact information, otherwise the Company cannot be held responsible for you not receiving information on time. All correspondence, including electronic communication, is considered as "written" and to have been received no more than 5 business days after it has been sent. 13. Dispute Resolution Process

Complaints are handled in customer service and could be handled to other departments of the Company in cases when customer service cannot solve the case immediately. The customer shall be reasonably informed about the state of their complaint.
A "dispute" is defined as any complaint which:
- Relates to the outcome of the customer's gambling transaction
- Is not resolved at the first stage of the Company's complaints procedure
Customer Support Team will provide an initial response to your query through the support email inbox. Should a complaint arise from the initial response, as defined above, Customer Support Team will advise you to send your detailed complaint in written form to: [email protected]
In accordance with applicable data legislation, and to sufficiently identify the customer submitting the complaint as the legitimate account holder, you shall include:
- Account username
- Full name as registered on the account
- Email the complaint from the registered email address
- Email subject to contain COMPLAINT reason
- A detailed summary/explanation of the complaint
- Specific dates and times associated with the complaint
Upon receipt of the required information to process the dispute, the Complaints Resolution Committee will revise your case and provide you with an answer regarding the presented issue.
We'll inform you of the outcome of your complaint within 10 days of receiving the complaint. In the event that the complaint is unusually complex, and provided that the nature of the investigation is such that more time is necessary to complete it, such period may be extended further.
If you're unsatisfied with the resolution of your complaint by the Complaints Resolution Committee, please feel free to explore further external dispute resolution options.
You acknowledge and agree that you're contracting exclusively with the Company for provision of all services available on the Site. You agree not to bring any claim or dispute to or against any third party involved in the operation of the Site, including, without limitation, suppliers of software, games, odds, payment providers, payment processors and payment agents.
15. Geographic Access Limitations
Certain games may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions, as required by policies of game providers which may change from time to time. By making use of these games you warrant that you're not a resident of the respective restricted jurisdictions as outlined in this section below.

Dead Heat Guidelines
A dead heat is defined as an event in which there are two or more joint winning contracts.
In the case of a dead heat, the winnings made and losses incurred by users are split according to the number of competitors. The formula for this, along with relevant examples, are given below.
For bets are decided using this equation:
Return = [Backer's stake × (number of expected winners / numbers of actual winners)] × original odds
For instance, if the user placed a bet of €20 on a horse at odds of 4.0 which then finished first in a dead heat with two other runners, their bet would be divided as follows:
(€20 × (1/3)) × 4 = €26.67
Profit/loss = return - backer's stake = €6.67
Against bets are worked out like this:
Return = 1 - (expected number of winners / number of actual winners) × original odds) / (original odds - 1)) × original liability
For instance, if a user placed a sell order on the same event for €20 at odds of 4.0, their return would be calculated as follows:
1 - ((1/3) × 4 / (4 - 1)) × 60 = ((0.5567 × 4) / 3) = €53.33
Profit/loss = return - original liability = €53.33 - €60 = -€6.67
In the event of a dead heat in a multi-winner market, only contracts that are tied past the last winning position will be affected. Any winning contracts will then be divided by the number of places remaining.
For example, in a top three horse racing market if the first three horses were involved in a dead heat for first place, then all three would be declared winners and no dead heat calculations would apply.
Markets are generally settled shortly after the end of the event in question. Sportsbook provider may settle (or partially settle) some markets before the official result is declared, simply as a customer service benefit. However, Sportsbook provider reserves the right to change the market settlement if:

Non-participants and Injuries
If a player, team or other competitor has taken part in a sporting event after it has officially started and subsequently doesn't complete the event for any reason, any bets placed on that player, team or other competitor will be considered valid (i.e., bets on that player, team or other competitor won't be void).

Selections Not Offered
